- Prepare 7 oz of package of la moderna.
- Get 3 tbsp of tomato bouillon with chicken.
Instructions to make Traditional Sopa :
- Open package of la moderna (small pasta) add to pot and lightly put oil in it and fry to golden brown.
- Cover pasta with water just 1/2 inch over pasta. Put 3 tablespoons on bullion in pot and mix.
- Bring to boil and stir occasionally for it won't stick. Turn down to simmer.
- Simmer till pasta absorbs the water about 10minutes. Check made sure pasta is soft and take off heat and let cool and enjoy.
